Microblading, also known as feathering, 3D brows, HD brows, nanoblading, or microstroking is a cutting edge semi-permanent technique of tattooing that involves using a manual hand tool with fine nano needles that are configured in a row to resemble a blade. This tool allows the certified and licensed technician to create realistic hair-like strokes that imitate hair growth patterns that we have on our eyebrows or that we want on our eyebrow area, while simultaneously depositing pigment in the skin. The end result gives the eyebrows a crisp, multidimensional, flawless, and natural result that is difficult to detect that is a tattoo.
Results vary from person to person but typically results last from 1 to 2 years depending on skin type, genetics, age, type of skin regimen, aftercare, and lifestyle.
Please note: Microblading does not equal makeup or replace makeup. Microblading replaces the look of real hairs, giving an extremely natural, fuller, defined brow. If you like a more makeup/darker/"filled in" look, please consider the powder, ombre, or combination brow techniques. If unsure, please email me and I can provide you with a personalized recommendation.
For New Clients, 6-8 Week Perfecting Touch-up Included with Your Appointment. It is advised to get annual retouches every 12-24 months to maintain your brows, extend their longevity, and refresh the pigment colour.
What Makes Me a Good Candidate for Microblading Brows?
- You have normal or dry skin type without visible pores.
-You prefer a very natural result.
Microblading is not recommended for oily skin types, ruddy/rough skin on brows, very wrinkled or loose skin on brows, or those with large pores on the skin around the brows.
If you have previous existing brow tattoos please email us a photo of your brows to determine if you are a candidate for this treatment.
Powder Brows/Ombre Brows is a technique of cosmetic semi permanent tattooing in which thousands of tiny little dots of pigment are gently implanted into the skin using a tattoo machine.
Today's Powder/Ombre brows have come a long way since their previous reputation of being 'solid or unnatural looking'. They can be made to look very soft and natural looking by not oversaturating the brow with pigment and allowing for a subtle/soft look, or depending on the clients brow goals, can be made to look more dramatic.
Results last 1-3 years. It is advised to get annual retouches every 12-30 months to maintain/refresh the pigment colour.
Minimal Pain - a topical anesthetic is applied to the brows throughout the procedure to minimize any discomfort. No blood, minimal to no swelling.
What Makes Me A Good Candidate For Powder/Ombre Brows?
- You like your brows to have a more 'filled in look'
-If you have full brows but want a base colour.
-Unlike microblading, powder brows is perfect for all skin types , even those with oily skin, large pores, or visible wrinkles.
Can be done as a cover-up/correction of old permanent makeup work.
If you have previous existing brow tattoos please email us a photo of your brows to determine if you are a candidate for this treatment.
The Best Of Both Worlds!
This technique involves manual microblading hair strokes with machine shading to create hyper-realistic brows that have some depth & boldness to them with the hair strokes plus the shading factor. The shading factor allows the brows to look more 'filled in' by building density, while still looking realistic and natural.
For New Clients, 6-8 Week Perfecting Touch-up Included with Your Appointment.
Am I A Candidate for Combination Brows?
-Recommended for those with normal, dry, and some types of combination skin
-If you like the realistic hair stroke effect of microblading but want a more filled in/darker look.
- If you have no brow hair, missing hair, extremely thin brows, dense but thin brows, sparse, or patchy areas in your eyebrows
If you have previous existing brow tattoos please email us a photo of your brows to determine if you are a candidate for this treatment.
This technique involves realistic looking microblading hair strokes in the front "head" parts of the brows (the part of the brows closest to the nose) along with with machine shading throughout the body and tail of the brow. Typically the tail of the brow is more definably shaded and as we approach the front part of the brows, the shading becomes gradually lighter/softer. This ombre/gradient effect of the brows opens up the face and does not look harsh. There is also soft machine shading in-between the front hair strokes.
This style creates hyper-realistic brows that have some depth & boldness to them with the hair strokes plus the shading factor.

Lift and Tint provides a beautiful lift and curl and minimizes the need for mascara! While extensions involve gluing artificial eyelashes to your natural ones, lash lifts don’t add anything you don’t already have. Instead, it’s like a perm for your eyelashes. This procedure curls your lashes and sets them so the curl lasts up to 4-8 weeks. The lash tint darkens light lashes.
For those with darker lashes, having the tint makes them that much nicer as they are uniformly dark and fresh looking.
