BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Upon booking your appointment with us, a non-refundable booking fee (the amount varies depending on the service booked) is required to secure your appointment time spot. 

100% of this booking fee will be subtracted off your grand total the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, EMT, or cash payment.

48 Hour Reschedule Policy:  If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your booking fee will be lost and therefore will need to make another one when securing a new appointment slot. Strictly enforced.

If you cancel your appointment with more notice, your booking fee will still be valid and transferable if you book rebook your appointment.

No show Policy: No shows must pay full payment up-front for any future appointments. Your booking fee is also lost.

Late Policy: Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule and pay a new booking fee to re-book, and it will be considered a cancellation and your booking fee is lost. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be made up by rushing or omitting important steps.

I strive to build my business on a foundation of mutual respect for eachother's time. My policies are not punishment's - but instead an intentional protection of my time and livelihood. I deeply value my client relationships. These policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our work together.

Complementary Touch Ups:  If you do not return for your touch up less than 10 weeks from your initial appointment, the touch up is no longer complementary. Missed touch up appointments will be charged a $100 (+hst) fee when rebooking.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Because of this, absolutely no guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.   

In some occasions, although not often, an additional appointment is required to complete the work. There are many reasons for this and include poor retention of pigment for any reason. This can be because of skin texture and type, age, skin condition, the intentional or accidental picking of the tattoo, bleeding during the procedure, sweating, exercising, medications, health conditions etc. The reason does not matter, it happens sometimes and varies from person to person in how their skin heals.
